Welcome to On Schedule Construction
We are a construction company based in Upper Hutt servicing the wider Wellington region. Providing services such as new builds, reroofs and constructing rental units on your existing property.
If you have excess unused land on your property we can work with you to create a home and income situation with a rental unit. We have constructed units on existing properties throughout the Wellington region and we provide a fuss free, straightforward building experience.

About Us
Hi, I’m glad you found your way to our website! Let me tell you a little bit about myself. My name is Caleb and I’m the director of On Schedule Construction.
I’ve been building and managing projects in the Wellington Region for the past 10 years. Over that time I’ve been able to deliver amazing projects to clients on time and to a high standard of quality. I know the idea of building a new home can be intimidating, especially if you don’t know how long it will take. So to make things easier for you, we will give you a clear finish date for your project.
Building doesn’t have to be stressful and we will communicate with you through each step of the project from start to finish to make things simple for you. We primarily build affordable homes and small rental units, but we have a wide range of other building services that we can offer.
