38sm Unit In Birchville
We demolished an old shed in the backyard and cleared the ground, then built a 38sm fully consented one bedroom unit with landscaping, a new driveway and a fenced in backyard area. Here’s what the couple who live there have to say about it:

2 x 40sm Units In Paparangi (In Progress)
We are currently doing preliminary works on a project in Paparangi which involves pouring a new driveway for the existing house and earthworks to create a build platform which includes building retaining walls and a perimeter fence. We have also managed the installation of new connections to the mains to prepare the services for the units.
We will then move on to building 2 x 40sm units for the clients once the preliminary works are completed. This is what the clients had to say about our work so far:

Hi, I’m glad you found your way to our website! Let me tell you a little bit about myself. My name is Caleb and I’m the director of On Schedule Construction.
I’ve been building and managing projects in the Wellington Region for the past 10 years. Over that time I’ve been able to deliver amazing projects to clients on time and to a high standard of quality. I know the idea of building a new home can be intimidating, especially if you don’t know how long it will take. So to make things easier for you, we will give you a clear finish date for your project.
Building doesn’t have to be stressful and we will communicate with you through each step of the project from start to finish to make things simple for you. We primarily build affordable homes, but we also do re-roofing, fences, decks and landscaping jobs. We have a team of local contractors that will work with us to make your dream into a reality.
