Hi, Let me tell you a little bit about myself. My name is Caleb and I’m the director of On Schedule Construction.
I’ve been building and managing projects in the Wellington Region for the past 10 years. Over that time I’ve been able to deliver amazing projects to clients on time and to a high standard of quality.
I’m passionate about building affordable homes, so please reach out if you have a plan in mind. I look forward to discussing your project with you.
Chris Smithies
Labourer/Hammer Hand
Chris Smithies is our labourer/hammer hand who has been working with us since February doing the hard work onsite to make these projects successful.
Aaliyah Middleton
Administrator
Aaliyah Middleton is our administrator! She has been working with us since March and takes care of all of our invoicing, paperwork and social media.
She does an amazing job at keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.
Natasha Williams
Design Advisor
Tasha Williams is our newest member of the team! She is our new Design Adviser for all of our new home projects.
Tasha gave us advice and guidance about the colours and styles for our first unit build in Birchville and the result was amazing. We liked the advice so much that we decided we had to invite her to join the team.
She’s got an awesome eye for detail and she will be able to walk you through all of the difficult design decisions that come with planning how your new home will look on the inside and outside.
From colour schemes, styles, finishes and product choice, she will be able to advise you on the best look for your home.
