38sqm Rental Unit in Birchville
We demolished an old shed in the backyard and cleared the ground, then built a 38sm fully consented one bedroom unit with landscaping, a new driveway and a fenced in backyard area. Here’s what the couple who live there have to say about it:

2x 40sqm Rental Units in Paparangi
We have completed the preliminary works which included pouring a new driveway and building a retaining wall and fence. We also had to run all of the services from the street into the build platform.
We have built the structures of both units and have clad and lined them. We are currently completing the fit-out and the kitchen install in both units.

34sm Deck in Petone
We demolished an old rotten deck in Petone and rebuilt the entire thing from the piles through to the decking and baseboards. This was a really enjoyable project that was completed on time.
